  • 6. Health  Exercise has benefits for everybody  it is effective both as a treatment for and for prevention of disease.
  • 7. Health  Improve memory and concentration, lessen sleep disorders, heart disease.  lowering cholesterol and reducing blood pressure.
  • 8. Health  Obesity: having a high amount of excess body fat  Sports help to burn calories, which helps lose weight, and maintain a healthy weight
  • 9. Health  Diabetes: sports help to reduce the high levels of sugar in the blood by controlling insulin  Reducing the amount of medication used for patients with diabetes or dispensing with the medication completely.
  • 10. Eat for sport  Everybody need to eat a variety of healthy foods that include:  Protein  Carbohydrates  Vitamins  Minerals
  • 11.  Protein (found in meat, poultry, seafood, eggs, beans, nuts, and dairy foods)  Protein builds, maintains, and replaces the tissues in your body.  Our muscles and our immune systems are made up mostly of protein
  • 12.  Carbohydrates : including bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.  It is an important fuel for muscles, and an essential energy source for the brain and central nervous system.
  • 13.  vitamins (as found in fruits and vegetables )  Helping your body grow, develop, and stay healthy Vitamin D in milk helps your bones Vitamin A in carrots helps you see at night. Vitamin C in oranges helps your body heal if you get a cut Vitamins B in whole grains help your body make energy from food.
  • 14.  Minerals: ( as found in dairy products)  Like calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium and potassium  Calcium helps to make bones strong.
  • 15. Summary  If you want to be healthy do sports  If you want to be a sportsman you must be healthy  Balancing is the perfect way to live Energy in = Energy out
