  LABORATORIO N° 01 DE PROCESOS EXTRACTIVOS II CIANURACION POR AGITACION DE MINERALES DE ORO Y PLATA BALANCE METALURGICO I.   CONDICIONES    Granulometría: 100% -10m    Peso del mineral: 1kg    Volumen de la solución: 2.5 Lt.    Fuerza de NaCN: 1g/l (0.1%, 1000 ppm)    Tiempo de Agitación: 2hr, 8hr, 24hr, 48hr, 72hr    pH de la solución: 11 PESO DE NaCN (gr) WNaCN = 1g/l*2.5lt = 2.5 gr NaCN II.   CONSUMO DE NaCN 2.1   Preparación de la Solución Titulante AgNO3 -Pesar 4.33 gr AgNO3 (Q.P.) 2.2   Titulación: -Tomar 25 ml de la solución cosecha (2-3) gotas de KI 10% -Titular con la solución AgNO3 hasta cambio (incoloro a blanco turbio) REACCION: 2CN + Ag = Ag(CN)2 I + Ag = AgI (precipitado, cambio de color) EJEMPLO: t=2 hr Solución Cosecha (50 mL): -25 ml Cianuro Libre. -25 ml Análisis Químico (Ag, Au, Cu) Volumen Gastado= 7ml Fuerza de NaCN = 1gr/lt. CN - libre = 0.1*Vg = 0.1*7 = 0.7 gr/lt.
