Alcatel-Lucent GNOC-RAN Experience: • FM (Fault Management) and PM (Performance Management). • Fetching RAN KPI’s on daily basis from NPO tool and after analyzing if found any degradation in KPI then escalates to concern team for further action. • Monitoring the networks through Citrix server.
  • 2. • Using RAMSES server as back-up for Citrix. • Monitoring the CORE alarms (RNCs, BSCs, 2G/3G sites, Femto cells, Trunk Groups & MGWs, GPRS), IP alarms (Routers, IP-Broad Band), and Transmission alarms (node isolation of MPR/AWY links). • Analyzing the degradation of Radio N/W, and escalate to proper team. • Monitoring VAS alarms & some CORE and IP alarms on NETCOOL. • Analyzing the degradation of KPI’s, and escalate to proper team. • Team continuously achieving 100% of SLA. Ericsson RAN Experience ON WCDMA and Wi-Max: • Planning of new I-WAN links as per customer requirement and to check feasibility of the same. • Ticket Management & Trouble Tickets resolution within SLA as per targets per domain. • Troubleshooting: RICI Converter, Alvarion, Red Win (IDU & ODU) • Providing second line support to the RAN Engineers and also managing the NMS Activities. • Providing Technical support to RAN Engineers to complete the planned activities in field. • Providing support for Software up-gradation at both ends, CPE as well as BTS. • Check installation and Qualities at sites of I-WAN links. • Quality Assurance audits of I-WAN links. • Integration and commission of Node-B. • Integration and commission of a SSA contain HUB, SUB-HUB, and NODE-B. • Defining and routing of E1 from HUB to SUB-HUBs, and SUB-HUB to Node-Bs. • Troubleshoots and Fault Management of HUB, SUB-HUB and Node-B. • Checking of VSWR at NODE-B. • Observing Alarms (internal and external) of an SSA at RNC, and rectify those. • Pre-AT, Acceptance Test (AT) and Handover the new sites to the customer. • Check installation and Qualities at sites. ON GSM: • Integration and commission of RBS 2964, 2954, 2111, 2206 and MICRO BTS. Integrated more than 200 ERICSSON RBS. • Expansion of BTS from 2+2+2 configuration to 4+4+4 , and from 4+4+4 to 6+6+6. • Swapping from MOTOROLA to ERICSSON. • Defining, terminating and checking of External alarms. • Troubleshoot and Fault Management on alarms. • Trace the UP and DOWN sites at BSC and MSC and take necessary steps. • PRE-AT, Acceptance Test (AT) and handover the new sites to the customer. • Check installation and Qualities at sites.
